About Poonam

As Assistant Director of Operations, Poonam supports the day-to-day business operations at Jaffe PR and coordinates Information Technology with the staff all over the U.S. and Canada.  The staff depends on Poonam for coordinating meetings, assisting with proposals and projects, maintaining databases, and drafting invoices.  Poonam’s technology knowledge keeps the staff connected in the virtual environment of Jaffe PR.  Her varied duties, combined with the critical nature of our operations, require familiarity with a wide variety of software and applications, and a good deal of flexibility.   

Prior to joining Jaffe PR, Poonam learned the value of developing and fostering client relationships as a personal banker at Bank of America.  That superb sense of customer service is evident in her work at Jaffe, where she will go an extra mile for staff and Jaffe clients who need any assistance.
