I work at Jaffe because I value the flexibility of a work-at-home schedule.  Being a mom who works in a home office means that classroom involvement, after school activities, illness, or other unexpected demands can be much more easily managed.  My time and work is my own to supervise, which is essential to my enjoyment of working at Jaffe.

Another reason I'm at Jaffe is the nature of the work.  I learn about a variety of issues and topics every day, and enjoy the fact that I don't have to do the same old thing day in and day out.  One morning I'm working on an intellectual property case, in the afternoon I'm pitching a mergers and acquisitions story to business reporters, and later I'm talking to health reporters about new legislation affecting e-health issues.  The next day, it's a completely different set of topics.  The mental stimulation is important to me, and that can definitely be found by working here!

Why I work at Jaffe, no more commuting!  I drove over 2.5 hours per day in my previous job, now I can spend that time working from home.  It enables me to live in a rural environment so that I can enjoy riding and training my horse, but keeps me involved in the business world.
