As a PR consultant, I strive to keep my relationships with my law firm clients from going stale. Most of my clients have been long-term, ranging from 3 to 11 years. Communicating often, regularly reviewing goals and accomplishments, and a clear understanding of expectations are my priorities for a successful partnership.
