On September 18, Terry M. Isner, CEO/Owner, Marketing and Branding, at Jaffe, will present his program “Marketing — The Next Generation” to managing partners at the Iowa Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) during their monthly lunch meeting in Des Moines.
Terry will discuss what marketing and business development looks like today, and how it will look tomorrow. Generational changes are dictating the way we brand, market and sell our services and products, but unfortunately, we are still catering to the senior generations and their values, even though they are not in line with today’s new workforce and tomorrow’s new corporate leaders.
The program will review why professional services firms need to include empathy, technology, corporate and social responsibilities, and social media tactics and philosophies in their marketing strategy. The session will also look at why culture eats strategy for breakfast, and why culture and branding matter to those who matter.
