In a recent article posted on Law.com, Terry M. Isner, CEO/Owner, Marketing & Branding, was quoted in an article titled “How Midsize Firms Can Soften the Blow of Lateral Departures.”
Isner provided insights on why a firm needs to have a succession plan that puts the necessary steps in motion when departures happen. He noted, “It isn’t just a matter of saying, ‘Hey, Joe left but we’re going to be OK.’” Firms also need to have systems in place to ensure the smooth transition of clients.
