Law firm clients are increasingly challenging their legal service providers to find innovative ways to reduce their fees. While many law firms have made attempts to incorporate such cost-saving measures as alternative-fee arrangements, there are a number of other creative tactics law firms can take to reduce expenses to drive down the cost of legal services.
Terry M. Isner, President of Marketing & Business Development, recently spoke with Law360 about some of the ways in which law firms can cut costs, including reducing a firm's brick-and-mortar footprint and relying more on technology to cut down on marketing spend.
