VP, Marketing & Social Media
Candace brings an editorial eye and nearly six years of legal communications experience to every client engagement. Before joining Jaffe, she served as communications manager for a nationally recognized employment and whistleblower law firm, where she learned firsthand how market visibility and thought leadership translate into business development for legal practices. That in-house perspective now shapes how she counsels firms: Candace works directly with attorneys to identify what makes their practice distinct, then builds the content and social strategy to communicate it to the right audience.
A journalism graduate of the University of Texas, Candace began her career as a writer for a personal finance startup before pivoting to legal marketing — a path that gave her a reporter's instinct for finding the angle that makes a story land. She writes regularly on how firms can adapt their marketing to a changing landscape, including pieces on attracting Gen Z legal talent, applying generative AI to digital marketing, and building email newsletter programs that convert.

Although Candace is mostly a homebody, especially when it means cuddling with her beagle on the couch, she loves spending time with her husband and friends. Whether that’s trying new restaurants, going to the movies or spending an evening playing board games, she enjoys being in the company of others. When she needs to recharge, she listens to podcasts and audiobooks or goes for a run.
