Why I Love My Job
It’s all about relationships! I love being a “connector” – making introductions, coaching and creating long-term business relationships that grow networks, expanding business opportunities, and increasing returns.

Professionally Speaking

Glennie has more than 25 years of marketing, business development and sales experience, with the majority of that time in professional services industries. She formerly worked at an Am Law 100 firm that today is one of the largest national employment law firms in the country. Glennie was instrumental in expanding its marketing program by developing its first regional marketing manager role. There she discovered her talents for working with attorneys one-on-one to develop customized marketing and business development plans.

At Jaffe, Glennie applies her marketing expertise to assist professional services such as law firms and accounting firms in building their businesses by developing realistic marketing and business development plans, creating and nurturing client relationships, and tracking and analyzing results of all business development and marketing activities. She can collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders in multiple offices, practices and regions, and has extensive experience in event planning and programming development, particularly as it relates to a firm’s overall business plan. As an integrated marketer, Glennie also can help firms manage their brand identities and reputations, advertise, conduct competitive analysis, and develop strategic online marketing campaigns.

Favorite Interests

Motorcycle riding and cross-country road trips, camping in the great outdoors, auto racing and seeing her beloved Texas Rangers play baseball on Dollar Dog Night.

Personally Speaking

Glennie loves learning about people – where they’re from, their hobbies and interests, why they chose their career, and what gets them passionate about life. After a mentor urged her to use this passion, she turned her “knack” into a career based on connecting people and creating business relationships.

As someone who is filled with wanderlust, Glennie is always ready for impromptu road trips on her motorcycle whenever the Texas weather provides a perfect day (which happens often). She loves her family and friends dearly, and is at her happiest when surrounded by them. Glennie also enjoys interior decorating for her friends, helping them redesign a space and reuse pieces they already have.
