SVP, Marketing & Business Development
Kati Ferrante’s experience is diverse and robust, spanning both the legal marketing and business development sectors for over two decades. She started her legal career working in the litigation department of a global AmLaw100 firm, but over time realized that she was best suited to be a legal marketer. She soon joined another AmLaw 100 firm, where she lead marketing and business development. Most recently, she served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for a prominent Intellectual Property Law firm.
Within the legal industry, Kati has served in numerous leadership positions, including as the Secretary of the Legal Marketing Association’s (LMA) Northeast Steering Committee, Co-Chair of LMA’s Digital Marketing & Social Media Special Interest Group, and Member of the International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA) Information Management Content Coordinating Team. She is also a Certified Legal Lean Sigma Yellow Belt via the Legal Lean Sigma Institute. In 2023, Kati was honored with the “Excellence in Law” award for excellence in marketing and business development by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Kati was a D1 “All-American” tennis player at James Madison University, who initially set out to pursue a medical degree but decided that she could make a bigger difference if she focused on public policy. She attended Tufts School of Medicine and pivoted to obtain a JD/MPH via a dual degree program.

Outside of the office, Kati is a volunteer at Girls Inc, and enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and their array of pets. She recently took up Mahjong and loves spending time in her oceanside town north of Boston.
