Rebecca is an experienced collaborator, having managed marketing and business development efforts in a variety of industries, including the corporate, government, startup, nonprofit and legal sectors. With nearly 10 years in the legal field, she is well-versed in creating practice group and individual business development plans for small and large firms, and brings an out-of-the-box mindset to lead generation. She has worked for a wide range of law firms, from a mid-sized, full-service firm to an AmLaw 200 firm headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. In these roles, she managed all aspects of the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, including streamlining a new brand strategy and initiating an RFP process, as well as coaching and managing the business development efforts of several practice groups.
At Jaffe, Rebecca applies her marketing experience to assisting law firms in growing their businesses through concerted business development plans, brand awareness and thought leadership. She works closely with firms to tailor their social media messaging and enter the podcasting world through guest interviews and launching their own podcasts. Rebecca’s excellent track record of securing additional business through RFPs further enhances the business development growth of the law firms she collaborates with.
Rebecca is a people-person through and through. She enjoys meeting new people, staying connected and helping others where she can. This passion is seen throughout her work as she solves problems and develops solutions in marketing, as well as health and wellness.
Outside the office, you’re likely to see Rebecca at a yoga studio or on a golf course. She always has something playing on a speaker as well, whether it’s a podcast, an audiobook or an array of music.
